These Terms & Conditions outline the basis on which The Eventful Collection provides event planning and coordination services.

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Services

The Eventful Collection provides event planning, design, and coordination services for private and corporate clients.

The scope of services will be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any work.

3. Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once a written agreement is in place and any required deposit has been received.

• Payment terms will be outlined within your proposal or agreement.

• Final balances must be paid in accordance with the agreed timeline prior to the event.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• If you wish to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Any work completed up to the point of cancellation may be chargeable.

We will always aim to accommodate reasonable changes; however, significant changes may be subject to additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Respond to communications where required

• Make payments in line with agreed terms

Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

We may recommend and liaise with third-party suppliers on your behalf.

While we take care in selecting trusted suppliers, The Eventful Collection is not responsible for the performance, actions, or failures of third-party providers.

7. Liability

We will deliver services with reasonable care and professionalism.

However, we are not liable for:

• Circumstances beyond our control

• Supplier issues

• Unforeseen disruptions impacting the event

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, or unforeseen disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, and materials created by The Eventful Collection remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Confidentiality

All client information will be treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent, except where necessary to deliver the agreed services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
